Great news from UK that Iceland is one of the few country´s which are green and allowed to travel to for UK citizen. We are ready with our great rivers and lakes to welcome anglers and few openings here and there despite bookings are generaly good. Few openings are available for salmon fishing in combination two rivers Jökla and Breiðdalsá like:
27. June - 4 July: Big fish fish week and two rods available.
7. July - 13 July: Big fish with the first run of grilse and two rods available.
10. July - 14. July: Four days and two days each river two rods.
12. July - 16. July: Four days Jökla only 1-2 rods available or also possible combo in both rivers.
7. August - 13. August: Fish both Upper Jökla and Breiðdalsa river 3 days each and prime time for grilse as well as good 2SW fishing. Four rods available.
Minni trout river has some openings in July between 9.-24. July which is good time for dry fly fishing for the famous trophy trout in this river.
