NEW STRENGIR WEBSITE!
The tech experts have been hard at work over the past few months building a new website. The Icelandic version is completed and was launched today. We are very pleased with the results and hope you’ll agree that the new sharp, clean layout is very pleasing on the eye.
The new english language site is under construction, using the same template, and should be up and running soon we hope. In the meantime please visit www.strengir.is and take a look, where at least you will be able to enjoy the photos galleries and videos for each of our rivers. Who knows, you may pick up a little Icelandic while you are there!

Trophy Brown Trout Safari
This exciting combination offers fishing for wild brown trout on rivers and in Lake Þingvallavatn, famous for its race of monster trout. Fishing takes place on the Minnvallalaekur river and also fishing the famous ION beat at the lake Thingvallavatn. June is considered prime time for trout in Iceland. Fishing is for groups of up to 4 rods. Full service programme staying at the Minni Lodge to start with and then nearby cabin at the lake.Rods are available on 10-17 June and 20-27 June.
